Chef Luke Zahm, owner of Driftless Cafe in Viroqua since 2013, is the new host of “Wisconsin Foodie” on Wisconsin Public Television. His episodes will begin in January 2020. The 2019 Wisconsin Idea Seminar participants met Zahm at the Driftless Cafe to learn about his perspectives on food, and how his identity as a chef is deeply rooted in and shaped by the contoured land of the Driftless Area.
